Just follow these 3 simple steps to become an official member:

1. Print and complete the membership application and medical authorization form attached below. (Click on the red PDF icon to download)

2. Prepare a yearly fee of $11.50 ready (cash or check payable to Cypress High School Key Club)

3. Turn them all in on Wednesday meetings to a Board Member
